The plan

Preparation for an interview took one week, activities involved in the session included searching the internet to find out the various qualifications considered for one to work as Salesforce developer. Subtask in searching was planned to cover direct qualification for education to determine minimum qualifications. The second task was planned to check the level of experience required to operate in the field of the sales force. Plan had a schedule for determining the skills required for one to be eligible to join the Salesforce developers in a company. The plan required checking personal skills. Other skills considered included performing skills. The plan had a session covering the issues of writing documents required for one to apply for Salesforce job.   The plan had a schedule for carrying out the relevant format for writing official letters for applying for Salesforce development post. I had to go for a training session to learn formatting of resume. The training was scheduled to take place in the career conference hall. 

The session for learning attributes and etiquettes required for one to join an interview session. The session required consulting for the best quality stature of presenting before interviewer. The session involved enquiring about the preparation for the session for an interview. I had to enquire for attire required for one to pass the interview session. The session had to enquire for the body expression and body language that should be applied in the interview. You should seek to find out the manner of conducting yourself in the interview session to avoid loss of points (J. K Patricia, personal communication, March 02, 2016). Consider the appliances and how to control chemical appliances like spray, makeup ornaments and other nonofficial elements.

The Action

I took part in searching across the web interfaces looking for the qualifications. The searching websites that I considered included www. Salesforce.com. Qualifications for the education level included a degree in computer technology, programming, computer science, any other relevant field in IT. I booked an appointment with Dave, the consultant. The required qualification for one to work as the Salesforce developer includes having a strong background of communicating skills. According to the consultant the convincing power of an individual is vital for a Salesforce developer. The initial working in sales and marketing experience is considered. The sites provided that minimum experience required is about two years. I checked for qualifications concerning documents required. The consultant confirmed that the official documents required being prepared include the resume, letter of application and education certificates (F. V. Jeff, personal communication, March 08, 2016). I attended training seminar where I learned how to write and format a resume. I designed the resume, letter of application and the education certificates.   

The session involving learning attributes for attending interview involved using a video and recording system to a cheque for the softness in speech.  I listened to my speech to ensure that my tonal variation was audible enough. I practiced my speech through ensuring that I perfect good communication skills that can effective and efficiently bring impact to many people.    I took the time to search for the company profile and background history to understand the mission, goals, objectives and aims.  Dressing code emphasized by experts, consultants and the web interfaces was official dressing during the day of presentation before the panel of interviewers. I practiced on how to dress for a purpose of impressing. I strongly practiced on dressing manner to familiarize myself with official clothes.

The Observation

 I observed that entire preparation for the interview was vital for ensuring that interview operations shall yield best results expected. Through the web searching, I have to learn that interview requires a well coordinated plan of communication that guarantee verbal success in every aspect. Communication should be fluent and effective to guarantee the clear exchange of information between interviewer and interviewee. I observed that time observation is an important aspect that should provide a sense of being consistent and time oriented in all aspects. Through training on how to formulate and structure a resume, I discovered that official document plays important role in convincing the interviewer. The resume should contain elaborate information about individual profile information. Detailed personal information should be clear and chronological to reflect the plan of how a person can organize his work. Education experience should be outlined in the outline in a resume to show the academic excellence in a various field related to Salesforce development. I observed that the skill is also outlined in the resume to convince the interviewing team about personal skills and eligibility to perform the intended task.

I observed that high level of confidentiality should be enforced at all time during the interview session. Cleanliness, as well as decent presentation, should be enforced. Chemical appliances like the use of sprays should be under control (D. V. Ivy, personal communication, March 13, 2016). Too much use of spray may distract the panel. Simple and non-scented make-ups should be preferred during the interview. Through training, experts revealed that it is wise to prepare for interrogations as well as questions and answer sessions. It is good to ask a question during an interview.

The Reflection

Interview preparation went well with skills and knowledge about required etiquette, dressing manners and observing cleanliness. A session involving preparing official documents was well covered.  Through the session, I understood the relevance of resume. Through a training session, I have acquired knowledge about the importance of having application letter written by official request for a job vacancy in the sales force. the practice communication skill was well performed through implementing formal analogy and convincing to me. Activities involving practice on dressing code was well implemented through the use and application of practice in using correct attires. The session involving searching for the company background information as well operated. I managed to obtain details about company status. The basic information of interest relevant to any interview like use objectives, aims, mission and goals were successfully obtained through the company Internet.

Writing of resume application letter and attaching certificate on the detailed document was well accomplished. With all skills at hand, I was ready to face the panel for an interview. I observed all activities, procedures, and strategies required for the interview. A few activities that never went well included understanding the environments of the interview.  I also never had enough time to conduct research to know the name of individuals responsible for carrying out the interview. However, I shall understand the actual name when called upon. The operations involving the conduction of interview and results were out of this scope (G. H. Fiat, personal communication, March 17, 2016). However, the future research shall major on providing elaborate results of the interview. The future research shall improve the sector on Salesforce development to guarantee effective and efficient results. I shall dedicate more time to improving my career skills to become competent in Salesforce development job market.

Research Summary

The research has equipped me with academic knowledge as well as skills and experience in the field of the sales force. The various activities involved research process includes having the clear knowledge to conduct internet searching for job opportunities. Research has equipped me with elaborate information about preparing for job acquisition by acquiring tips for having a successful interview session. The session has given me various organized procedures applied in securing a place as Salesforce developer. I have gained skills in formatting resumes, designing job application letters and joining academic qualification documents. I have also gained an understanding of how to conduct myself during the interview.
