Class Discussion #4

What are some positives and negatives of the website?
The positives include an effective and efficient interaction design with the customers. The website information acquisition mechanism is fast and well organized. The website also provides various contact means hence gives the customer variety for making comments and acquiring feedback. These means include phone numbers, physical address, email address, and evenchat live button”. Another positive is that the website provides a well-outlined procedure for ordering a test online. The website is also attractive with outstanding performance and is compatible with the different operating systems and browsers that are available around the globe. The Frequently Asked Questions is an outstanding tool that not only provides the client and potential clients with extra information but also reduces the numerous questions that would frequently get inquired repeatedly.
A negative aspect observed from the website is that the location of the labs has to get searched, rather than to provide a list of the lab locations. Furthermore, the search is not working since on clicking “search labbutton, the outcome is that a critical and unexpected error occurred. This may be frustrating to clients. So as to increase customer confidentiality, it would be advisable to include testimonies of previous customers, or even photographs of labs.

Imagine you are a typical consumer. What tests are you most likely to order?
I would probably undertake the Comprehensive Wellness Profile (CWP) because first it’s listed as one of the most popular tests hence that the service has got offered several times before. Secondly there is a comprehensive procedure of what the CWP entails.
