The data collection for this study was through the use of
interviews. The tool helped in assessing how internet marketing influences how
organizations conduct businesses in the international market. During the
process of data collection, there are various components that came into play.
The researchers had to ensure critical reflection, and avoidance of bias is
part of the study. The study had to provide an accurate description of the
views of participants to support the findings. The data is collected from
multinational companies that are currently engaging in Internet marketing. The
data collection is to test the relationship between the two variables global

The qualitative data

interview enabled participants to contribute their view on the findings. Data
interpretation was in a consistent and transparent manner. The instrument for
research was the personal interview. The instrument provides success

Summary of Findings
The survey results
showed that the commercial use of Internet proliferates at an exponential rate.
Participants supported the idea that internet marketing contributes to a
positive outcome in global business. The participants indicated that internet
marketing was effective in reducing marketing costs. It also helped in becoming
easily accessible to people in different parts of the world and different time
zones. When using the internet marketing is also used by managers according to
this study. They use email marketing, Facebook and internet marketing tools.
The tools are vital in passing a message to clients. The study also showed that
having a company website has enabled business to attract new customers than it
was in the past. The study also shows that blogs are vital and effective tools
for educating customers and enabling the updating of infomation about the new
operations and products of the company, thus, using internet marketing it vital
to ensure that the content is fresh and interesting.
Explanation of Findings
The findings from the survey show that the Internet can
enhance customer satisfaction through leveraging product availability to
products that relate to information in a much faster way. The internet also can
save time, efforts and financial cost. It also helps to improve the
effectiveness of the consumer in that it provides a mixture of images, sound,
and text, thus, improving the customer’s knowledge. Thus, information
technology has significantly contributed to the creation of wealth. Therefore,
the findings support the conceptual framework. The results also support the
hypothesis in that the Internet has a positive impact on taking the small
businesses into a multinational corporation level about marketing activities.

The answer to the above question showed that global internet
marketing determined the expansion of business in the global market and ability
to engage in global business activities. The respondent’s data showed great
support of their strong orientation in the use of the internet for marketing
activities. Respondents also mentioned that there is a high internet level that
is part of global marketing orientation. Thus, the internet marketing is a
common platform in which the business entities undertake their online trading

What are the global business objectives of conducting internet marketing
activities?
The aim objectives of
global businesses are to reduce the error and time in general marketing
complexities and the transaction process. The businesses use the internet to
attain efficient and effective global marketing expansion and carry out their
international businesses. These abilities have led to transactional and communicational
capabilities. The business uses the Internet with the objective of promoting
their global marketing and making it possible to access the available
information.
Research Question 3: How do internet marketing activities influence the
achievement of the global business’s objectives?
Internet marketing has made it possible for businesses to
achieve their objectives. They have managed to improve their results and
product leading to the promotion of their competitiveness. Thus overall finding
is that the internet promotes global marketing through supporting the
proliferation of information and the basic knowledge. The respondents affirmed
that both the informal and formal systems were applicable in objective
knowledge transfer at varying degrees.

The respondents
indicated that their adoption of international marketing using the internet had
resulted in a wide range of changes in their marketing mix. Respondents
supported the fact that marketing implementation via the internet had various
processes involving the traditional marketing tools. Firm managers showed that
the modes of marketing applications via the internet did not have a great difference
from the traditional ones. However, all respondents supported the assertion
that the internet is enabling customers to be aware of the differences in
prices in various countries, and this contributes to price standardization
(Standing, Tang-Take & Boyer, 2014).

issues on marketing strategy?
Regarding environmental protective, the respondents in this
study supported the fact that internet marketing is protecting environmental
protection. The internet marketing provides customers with a unique opportunity
of enhancing their corporate social responsibility. With the growing
competitiveness and concerns towards environmental protection, it means that
businesses have an environmental protection about their CSR that favors the
consumers. Thus, as businesses use the internet, they are at the same time
advertising for the protection of the environment, and this enables them to win
customers.
