Literature Review Systems Development Using Dot Net Framework
Dot Net framework is applied in developing different types of windows applications. The developers can implement applications that run on the servers. The application server solutions developed using Dot Net framework enhance running of different Dot Net applications in Windows server 2003, the Microsoft visual studio application among other servers (Arking, & Millett, 2009). Dot Net framework provides the following applications ASP Dot Net programming technology that supports the mobile phone controls. Dot Net framework designs applications that run on mobile phones through the ASP Dot Net technology (Nair, 2013). ASP Dot Net technology supports the PDAs and Smartphones that support the web browsers. The Dot Net framework supports web services through the use of web service components that facilitate web integration. The Dot Net framework allows sharing of data and information through the functionalities powered by Dot Net framework (Arking, & Millett, 2009). Dot Net framework follows web-based standards to develop static and dynamic web platforms using agnostic platform protocols like XML, SOAP, and HTTP (Humphrey, et al…, 2010). The client side platform uses the Dot Net framework to design the user interface that is user-friendly, interactive, easy to use and with a high level of inter-operation platforms (Mukherjee, 2012). Dot Net framework applies smart client architecture to design and implement systems that richly apply end user requirements. Dot Net framework has an extension of the smart client application on the smart devices like the iphone (Jorgensen, 2002). The smart client on smart devices helps in embedding Dot Net applications on portable computer devices including personal computers. The Smart Client technology uses the Windows CE Dot Net framework with the Dot Net Compact framework to design and develop an application on smartphones (Vasilchikov, 2015).

Proposal
The research shall involve the development of the Dot Net web designing that incorporates dynamic and static features of the website. The research shall also develop Dot Net business applications that shall include the Intranet platforms, Extranet platforms, and the Telnet web platforms. The business web applications shall automate most of the business based applications that solve the business problems and improving customer relations. The research shall expand the systems development in developing the mobile applications driven by Dot Net .framework. The research shall provide a learning process to acquire knowledge, skills, and experience in developing Dot Net software applications. The research process shall apply the action research methodology to accomplish the project in a series of steps. The iterations shall include action research cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection.

Iteration 1 Orientation and Planning
The session shall involve conducting research in an existing real-time business enterprise to understand the processes requiring improvements. The iteration shall include an introduction to industrial policies governing the development of the systems using the Dot Net framework. The sessions shall also include webinar training and workshops with Dot Net framework professionals and experts for brainstorming.
Iteration 2 Systems Analysis and Needs Assessment
The iteration shall involve conducting the preliminary study to determine the systems analysis and the user requirements. The study shall provide an understanding of the hardware and software components required for the system development. The sessional shall also gather the data and information from the end users of the system, the clients and the business entities stakeholders.
Iteration 3 Systems Design and Development
The iteration shall involve designing of the system architectural designs. The designs implemented shall include the user interface design, the client side and server side architecture of the databases and the applications design. The session shall also implement the design through coding using the Dot Net framework.

Iteration 4 Testing, Installation, and Maintenance
The iteration shall involve the process of testing the Dot Net developed the system. The testing process shall aim at removing the system bugs and the errors resulting to an error free system. The validation and verification testing shall get applied. The session will lead to the installation of the system to the end user devices and computer systems. The users shall acquire training on how to use the system. Finally, the developer shall deliver the final project with all code documentation and deliverables to facilitate future maintenance and improvements.
