Yes I have had sales training in the beginning of last year. The training was very interesting and the bottom line is that the training has made my career more enjoyable. This was a memorable technique I learnt “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” By taking the time to become familiar with customer names is a sign you care, and will get influential results every, single time. In a sales class students should be taught on how to approach people – that’s another big skill. Most people don’t have the courage to take the primary initiative and introduce themselves. Be the big man. Take the first step. Learn to make the other person feel fine and important.

Sales and Marketing class should teach students communication skills, sales techniques, customer service skills and first impression.

Customer service

How you treat your customers can make the difference between a faithful returning customer who will, through conversations and story-telling, become an ambassador for your business and a lost chance or negative influence for your company, somebody more likely to use your competitor’s services in the future. Everything you do that is customer-facing is marketing. Every phone call, every email and every face-to-face interaction with a customer is all marketing. 

Most significant key point to a successful customer service, number one rule you have to like what you are doing, and you have to have it in your blood, or then you will fail no matter what you try: The most important part of customer service is the First Impression because it's the last and will mark customers or anybody in your professional to personal life, if you exceed in the below, you will be a winner.
